Every Inchie Monday: Time

This week at Every Inchie Monday the theme is time. The first thing I thought of was the saying "Time flies when your having fun." I took it literally and made a clock with wings! It's also the last Inchie of the year. I had a great time making an inchie every week and seeing everyone's different interpretations. But I don't think I'm going to join in next year. I might make the odd one and I will probably check in time to time to see all of the beautiful creations. I wish everybody the best in the new year!

Every Inchie Monday: Food

This week at Every Inchie Monday the theme is, food. The first thing I thought of was fast food restaurants. I printed out the logos for some of the most popular fast food places where I live. They're kind of hard to see but I included, McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, KFC and Tim Hortons. I hope you have a great week!

Every Inchie Monday: Joy

At Every Inchie Monday this week the theme was joy. The first thing I thought of was the Christmas song "Joy To The World". So that is what I put on my inchie, you might not be able to read it though because it didn't turn out on the printer. I hope you have a great week!

Every Inchie Monday: Found

At Every Inchie Monday this week the topic is, found. I did a magnify glass. I took the Cinderella story (as you may be able to tell) and made the font bigger on that one part. I then found a clear piece of plastic that is sticky on one side to put over the big font. I hope you have a great week!

Every Inchie Monday: Jacket

This week for Every Inchie Monday the theme is jacket. Of course the first thing I thought of was a jacket you wear but the second thing I thought of was a yellow jacket, a type of wasp. I drew the wasp over top of a honeycomb pattern and then I put glitter on the edges.

This week at Every Inchie Monday the topic was rope. I decided to represent a rope swing. The background is paint with different green shades. I hope you have a great week!

This week at Every Inchie Monday the topic is old. There is so many things you can represent with this topic so, I was spoilt for choice. I decided to make an old scroll and put an Egyptian symbol on it. I hope you have a great week!

Every Inchie Monday: Mouth

For Every Inchie Monday this week the topic was mouth. This topic was a bit tricky for me, I tried drawing a tooth but it wasn't working out so I decided to draw a mouth of a cave. I drew bears peering out of the cave, but it is kind of blurry. I hope you have a great week!

Every Inchie Monday: Danger Notice

For my danger notice I decided to use one of the WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) symbols. WHMIS is the system we use in Canada, they put it on different hazardous products to warn people about the product. This symbol stands for "Dangerously reactive material".  I hope you have a great week!

Every Inchie Monday: Thunderstorm

At Every Inchie Monday this week the topic was thunderstorm. I decided to paint my inchie again so I could shade the colours. I made the blue behind the thunderbolt lighter to represent how a thunderbolt lights up the sky at night. I hope you have a great week!

At Every Inchie Monday this week the topic is "Storm". I decided to do a tornado and it is coloured with paint. When I was done painting it I knew it was missing something so I decided to add a house, I got the idea from the wizard of oz. I hope you have a great week.

At Every Inchie Monday this week the topic is "Dispute". This one was a bit tricky at first until I thought of tug of war! I always love playing tug of war with my dog. I hope you have a great week.

At Every Inchie Monday the topic is foot. I decided to show football. I don't watch the sport or any sports for that matter but I wanted to think outside of the box. It's a football going into the goal post. I hope you have a great week!

Every Inchie Monday: Bag

This week at Every Inchie Monday the topic is bag. I wanted to think out side of the box so I thought of the Hobbit. I wasn't a big fan of the book but I thought the movie was pretty good, that's the only time I ever thought a movie was better than the book. The hobbit lives in bag-end so I decided to draw the hobbit hole that is in bag-end. I hope you have a great week!

This week at Ever Inchie Monday the topic is gate. I tried to represent a wooden gate, the kind you would find going to a backyard. I hope everyone has a good week!

Every Inchie Monday: Road

Well, last weeks Every Inchie Monday's topic was car so it only makes sense that this weeks topic is road! I wanted to make my road look like it was going off into the distance as though you were actually on it. It looks like a road on a bridge the way that I painted it. The whites in the sky are suppose to be clouds. Have a great week!

At Every Inchie Monday this week the topic is "Car". I decided to do a steering wheel because every car needs one! I hope everyone has a great week!

Every Inchie Monady: Night Watchman

Hmm, this subject was really tricky. It took me a while to finally come up with a good idea. What do all night watchman have to have? A flashlight! How else are they able to see at night? So that is what I drew. I painted the background black to represent night and I tried to splatter yellow to represent stars, but the splattering didn't turn out to well. Every Inchie Monday: Song

For this week I wanted to make something that is a big part in a song and that is an instrument! I chose a trumpet because it's one of the easier instruments to draw. I have played a trumpet before and it is very hard even though there are only 3 buttons, but then again I am not a very musical person!

Every Inchie Monday: Pocket Watch

At Every inchie Monday this week we had to represent "pocket watch". I have never owned a pocket watch before so it was a bit tricky to make. It was very hard to write on the Roman numerals on such a small scale, that's why it looks a bit messy. In hindsight I should have just done normal numbers. I hope you have a great week!
